  The prices, portions, and food are all wonderful. The steak is flavorful and tender. You can tell that the seafood is very fresh. It has a great taste and it's moist. I rated Sully's at a 3 because I had major issues with their service. They have an EXTREMELY high turnover rate with their wait staff which are mostly clueless about things they should know. I've come to realize that isn't theur fault. The owner is s a stingy jerk who yells and curses out his staff in the middle of the restaurant! He doesn't train his wait staff, so the poor girls have no clue what they're doing. He doesn't help by constantly yelling at them like dogs either. If he actually trained them properly then they'd know what to do. He charges for to go cups and other various items that are ridiculous to charge extra for. For example, he tried to charge us extra when my daughter ordered broccoli as her side on her kids meal instead of French fries. Broccoli and FF are both listed as the same price in the menu. Why the upcharge? Then my partner and I both ordered ribeye steaks to be cooked medium. We got rare New York strip. The owner interrogated us as if we were lieing, finally sent the steaks back, and when we finally did get our ribeye they still weren't cooked to medium and they had ZERO seasoning on them. The owner never apologized or even offered us anything for the inconvenience. He stormed around yelling at everybody. He always has a bad attitude and he scares my children by his demeanor. The food here is great but be prepared for a waitress that's clueless and an outrageous owner with a bad attitude.
